The foam concentrate contains a special type of fluorochemical surfactant, hydrocarbon surfactant, solvent, stabilizer, biocide and polysaccharides.

It forms an aqueous film on the hydrocarbon fuel that prevents the vapors from coming into contact with the air and forms a cohesive, regenerative polymer barrier that floats on top of the alcohol, preventing the foam from mixing with polar solvents.
