FOAM/Water MONITOR

The IFP FIRESTORM monitor is a durable, hand-held monitor for fixed installation. It is used for flammable liquid storage tanks, cargo racks, docks, marine applications, and other industrial applications.

The monitor has several design features that make it easy to use, minimize maintenance, and are environmentally friendly. It is equipped with a water foam nozzle. The monitor features a welded carbon steel water pipe. All steel parts are hot-dip galvanized and painted for excellent corrosion resistance. Vertical and horizontal rotation is carried out by a corrosion-resistant bronze swivel joint with double row of stainless steel ball bearings. Both vertical and horizontal movements are controlled by a rotating handle.

The monitor has a large flow capacity and can be operated manually by a single firefighter. Its design prevents jet reaction forces from affecting the horizontal and vertical position of the monitor. It allows a continuous horizontal rotation of 360° and its elevation angle is adjustable with a fixed stop, from +90° above the horizontal to -45° below the horizontal.
